Huntsville, AL –October
1st, 2008
– Interoptek’s white
paper, "A Proposed Solution to Sensor Management," has
been selected for publication by the Charleston Defense
Contractors Association (CDCA)/Space and Naval Warfare (SPAWAR)
Second Annual C4ISR Transformation and Fusion Government
and Industry Conference Call for Papers Committee. The
paper will be published by CDCA and is available on our
website and will be available at the CDCA website also.
This paper discusses the uses of our software to
mitigate the issue of ever-increasing data versus
competing priorities for analyst time. The judicious use
of automation can alleviate some of the problems by
reassigning routine decisions to the computer. To this
end, Interoptek offered its proposed solution in the
form of Autonomous Software Control. The ability to
reallocate sensors, either automatically or manually
will increase the beneficial use of limited sensor
resource thus increasing the likelihood of having the
right sensor on the right target. |
