within a range of hours, compress
the workweek by working longer hours on fewer days for

Disability
Interoptek provides both short term and long term
disability insurance at no cost to full time
employees. Long term disability monthly benefit is an
amount equal to 60% of Covered
Monthly Earnings. Short Term Disability for weekly
income benefit period will be 60% of earnings.
Life Insurance and AD&D
Interoptek provides Basic Life
and Accidental Death and Dismemberment at no
cost to
full time employees.
Health Insurance
Interoptek offers Group Health Insurance
for all full time employees and dependents
through the
Cafeteria Plan. Blue Cross /Blue Shield of Alabama
administers the plan.
Dental and Vision Insurance
Interoptek offers Group
Dental and Vision coverage for all full time employees
and
dependents through the cafeteria plan. Dental and
Vision is offered by Guardian.
401(k) Retirement Plan
Interoptek has a 401(k) Plan for
all full time employees.
Training, Development and Educational
Assistance
Interoptek reimburses up to $3,000 per
calendar year for education and training.
